Hello Neighbors!

Hope you are staying cool in this Texas heat! The Meadows of Kyle Homeowners Association is excited to announce a Back to School Pool Party on August 10th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

The event will be split into two age groups to help facilitate a fun and age-appropriate experience for families with kids of all ages.

Starting at 4:00 PM children and their families of children 12 & under can cool off at the community pool and enjoy shaved ice and other snacks.
Then at 6:00 PM we invite teenagers 13 & up and their families to join us for a swim until 8:00 PM.

If you and your family plan to attend please complete a Pool Party RSVP so we know how many to neighbors expect.

We will have snacks and vendors available in the pool parking lot from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, including catering from Chick-fil-a, shaved Ice, balloon twister, and face painting. Alcohol of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Community Garage Sale Saturday!

Clean out those closets and storage rooms, it’s time for another Community Wide Garage Sale!!! Set up in your own yard or driveway and get ready for the buyers! We will advertise the event on various garage sale sites, so there is sure to be plenty of foot traffic. Feel free to save and share the flyer as well!

Dear Residents:

It’s time for some spring cleaning! We all have items collecting dust and taking up space in our homes, so it’s time to dust them off and get them ready to be sold. We will be hosting a Community Garage Sale on Saturday, April 21st 9am to 1pm.

While residents are welcome to hold garage sales at any time on their own, a community garage sale means that we will be actively promoting the sale on various sites and posting signage at the front of our subdivision. This means there will be more patronage and better opportunity for you to sell your items.

Participation is completely voluntary. Those who are interested may participate by simply having your items out for sale on Saturday the 21st. If you choose to also post signage directing people to your home, please be sure those signs are removed by noon on Sunday the 22nd.
